WAKAZE is a Japanese sake manufacturer established in 2016 with the goal of "making sake a global brew". We aim to expand diversity and establish a SAKE culture by making sake, a traditional Japanese culture, not only drunk around the world but also made around the world.
From 2019, we have also started brewing in Paris, France. Based in France and Tokyo, we will create a variety of SAKEs, including "French SAKE,"
"Botanical SAKE," and "Doburoku," with new values never seen before.
